There is none. Deciding to enjoy coffee or juice is totally up to you. I love both but with everything must come balance.

This week I just want to drop off a juice recipe. I cold press my fruit and vegetables using a slow juicer. First, I cut the appropriate proportion of each ingredient to produce 16 ounces of juice. I simply alternate each ingredient for this particular juice. Even if you do not own a juicer, stop by your local juice bar, Wegmans or Trader Joes to give it a try!

I drink Better Days every morning AFTER some water. I’ve learned that this drink is a sure way to get some essentials that I need to function and fight off “silent killers”. The name is influenced by my urgency to make healthier, responsible decisions concerning my well-being. Many moments in life are created and that is why I crafted this concoction….to sip well, live long!

Secret #6: Convenience is costly, good health is priceless! Choose the diet that benefits your health status and family medical history. A quick (unhealthy) stop can cost you time off, discomfort and missed opportunities. Do you, for you! Plan and shop for a long, healthy, enjoyable life. You deserve it!
